This folder contains papers by and about San Antonio (Tex.) banker Edwin Chamberlain, who was one of the founders of the Colorado Chautauqua Association and its president for nine years from 1903. Materials in this folder include clippings, correspondence, and a 58-page booklet of the argument for his son Capt. Edmund G. Chamberlain in a U.S. Marine Corps general court martial tried before the Navy Department, ca. 1921.
